Fat Grafting in Facelift Surgeries

Similarly, stretching your body out longer creates less disruption than maintaining a more compact position.

Improving your kicking also promotes less drag. Make sure you time your kicks to better suit your stroke cycle and prevent your legs from going too far below or above the water’s surface.

Recovering after a Facelift Surgery

Right after the surgery, most patients have some swelling and bruising. During the first week of recovery, patients should limit activity but not be completely bed-ridden. Within a couple days, most patients can move around the house, which promotes faster healing.
